In this case,OBDII is used as a general term and can mean any of the following:

Wifi Connection for Android Phone (4.1-8.1 Version):

Please plug the ELM327 WIFI in your car, put car ignition on,and connect the wifi in both phone settings and software APP like follow pictures:

If phone can't connect with the wifi:

At first,please check if it's android v4.1 to 8.1,and then please kindly check if you choose the WIFI connect in both phone settings and software app.and EXIT the software after setting is finished,then restart the software,it will automatically connect to the adapter and car ecu.

Wifi connection for IOS:

Please plug the WIFI 327 in your car,put car ignition on,and connect the wifi in phone settings.
